Goomalling Community Resource Center

Established in 1999, the Goomalling Community Resource Centre operates as an incorporated entity with a voluntary committee. Their purpose is rooted in addressing community needs, enhancing the skills and capacity of community members, providing access, delivering programs and services in collaboration with partners and stakeholders, and actively promoting Goomalling experiences and assets.

Vision: Their vision involves assuming local leadership, fostering community growth, and creating opportunities for the residents of Goomalling.

Mission: The organization aspires to be a locally-driven entity capable of both attracting and delivering value, capacity, and skills to its community members. Through their efforts, they aim to significantly contribute to the development and well-being of Goomalling.

They reached out to me with the specific goal of overhauling their existing website to create a new and improved version. Their emphasis was on obtaining a site that is not only streamlined but also user-friendly, highlighting simplicity and efficiency. For this project, my objective was to deliver a website that is straightforward, to the point, and incorporates a modern design aesthetic, aligning with contemporary web standards and user expectations.
